Notice of Meeting of the Secured Creditors convened pursuant to the Order CA (CAA) no. 74/KB/2021 dated June 04, 2021 of the Hon’ble NCLT, Kolkata Bench.

The Scheme of arrangement between Flurys Swiss Confectionery Private Limited (Demerged Company/Transferor Company 1) and Fusion Beverages Private Limited (Transferor Company 2) with Apeejay Tea Limited (Transferee Company) has been approved unanimously by the Secured Creditors of Transferee Company at it’s meeting held on 26th July, 2021.
