Murray Culshaw is a senior development worker, based in Bangalore. His passion for many years has been to encourage voluntary/ civil society organisations to communicate with and raise resources from the public and become more accountable.  Murray was part of the core team out of which Credibility Alliance emerged; and in the early 1990s was responsible for Oxfam in India.
