Apeejay India Volunteer Awards

Celebration is an inherent part of promoting volunteering in India. There is nothing in India that celebrates volunteering on a national scale. While volunteering keeps on happening in the background it is completely absent from the mainstream national psyche. India Volunteer Awards aims to change this by celebrating, rewarding and promoting volunteering and volunteers in India.

India Volunteer Awards (IVA) will identify the role models and champions that the growing volunteering movement in India needs. More specifically the awards will recognise volunteers and organisations, raise awareness around volunteering and help create an environment that will inspire more people to volunteer for social causes.

Apeejay Surrendra Group India’s premier corporate house has decided to institutionalise India Volunteer Awards with iVolunteer-India’s premier national volunteering organisation as its Managing Partner and International Business Leaders Forum, UK (IBLF) as its Knowledge Partner providing inputs and best practices of similar volunteering movements overseas.

The Awards will be organised on an annual basis.
