Royce is the Head of HCM for Goldman Sachs in Mumbai, India. His key responsibility is to drive / facilitate the people agenda for all the entities focused on building the India franchise. Royce joined the firm as an Executive Director in 2006. Prior to joining the firm, Royce worked for GE and JP Morgan Chase. His career started with GE as part of the global human resource leadership program. In GE, Royce worked in GE’s India corporate office, GE Capital, GE’s research and development organization and GE Medical Systems in various roles in human resources function.

In JPMC, Royce joined as part of a 2 member HR resource team to help set-up JP Morgan’s offshoring operations in India. His last role was leading the HR function for the Investment Banking, Shared Technology and Private Banking Operations. Royce earned his BSc from the Mumbai University and his Post Graduation from Symbiosis IMS, Pune.
