Meenakshi Nayar
Meenakshi's academic credentials include a Doctorate (FPM) in Organisational Behaviour from IIM Ahmedabad and a Masters in Industrial Psychology, which equipped her for the corporate world where she worked for over 2 decades in HRD, research, training and consultancy. Ending her corporate career as Executive Vice President, HRD of a large Manufacturing and Services Conglomerate, Meenakshi moved on to do something more meaningful.

Wanting to make a difference in the lives of the less fortunate, and being aware of the acute shortage of skilled manpower faced by industry at the entry levels and armed with the firm belief that success and achievements are more a function of nurture than something one is born with, Meenakshi set up ETASHA and continues to work as the President and honorary Chief Executive of the Society.
