Job Details

Work on enriching the customer pipeline either by capturing market shares or developing the market. Focus on the availability of company exiting and new products to maximize their potential and expand customer base to ensure coverage of potential customers is maximized. Insure the proper implementation for any new developmental areas whether in introducing new products or winning new customers. Effectively manages customer base, customer administration and work on customer satisfaction and receivables. 100% customer satisfaction is always expected and encouraging the direct reports to be proactive on this point. Keep an open eye on the market and be informed on what competitors are doing. Be responsible for achieving sales target for his/her channel. Suggest development on several areas such as better techniques to achieve sales target, serving the customer needs, improvement on delivery process, ordering process, customer service etc. Cary out monthly sales reports including forecasting and/or any reporting required by the Regional Sales Manager. Insure that all sales orders are acknowledged within a reasonable response limit. Maintain a clear and effective communication with the customers.  

Skills

2-3 years of experience as in Sales within the Food Service in HORECA industry & Fluent in English Bachelor Graduate in Business Administration or equivalent Computer literate is mandatory

Collaborate with Brand Manager & Sales manager for the ideation, planning & budgeting, production and implementation of all BTL , events and consumer engagement activities. Maintaining brand visibility through BTL activities like events and seminars, Trade Marketing activities like shop board, posters and other POP materials. Manage the point of sales material (including budget, logistics, distribution, and assortment) by finding the most efficient solutions. Collaborates with marketing team to plan sales promotions, trade schemes and product communications. Supports local teams in the execution of the activities and in achieving their sales and budget objectives, while ensuring the desired product benefits and brand values/equity are properly communicated. Ensure that the local feedback is taken into account by regular market visits and customer research. Ensure efficient spending of central budget and regional budget for various marketing spending Collaborating with the supplement shop owners and conducting seminars with the trainers, making them aware of the product, benefit and usage of the product. Participating in different sports events Participating in events and exhibitions to increase awareness and sales Introducing innovative marketing activities like reach-out programs. Visual Merchandising - End to end responsibility the visual merchandising Promoter Enhancement Training and grooming of the Instore Promoters Ideation of Consumer promotions like offers to end consumers
